Often the last body/mind/spirit component holding us back from optimal health is our mental strength. With Mindset, graduates of our Motivate program get the tools they need specifically for increased mind toughness and willpower.

Let Mindset support you in following through on the things you say are important to you:

  • Knowing you have the mental strength to put “good for you” foods in your mouth, day after day.

In 15 sessions over 16 weeks, you will get a download of the mental strength booklet used in the program, 101 days of one short question and small amounts of journaling so that you have a planned reflection time to unravel the thoughts or beliefs that may be tripping you up and a weekly, hour-long in-person or live online coaching session with me to dialogue about and create a simple, attainable action plan from what you are discovering.

When kids or teens are in the picture, Mindset comes through again. This time, we work with a parent to develop the tools needed to specifically increase mind toughness and willpower and also provide tips on how parents can infuse that strength into a family setting. In 15 sessions over 16 weeks, you’ll get a download of the mental strength booklet used in the program, 101 days of one short question and small amounts of journaling so that you have a planned reflection time to unravel the thoughts or beliefs that may be tripping up you and your children, and a weekly, hour-long in-person or live online coaching session to dialogue about and create a simple, attainable family action plan.
